The Board of Directors at The Young Assyrians (TYA), or the Board, is the senior governing body responsible for the organisation's strategic planning, financial oversight, governance, risk management, legal compliance, stakeholder relations, advocacy and public relations. The Board also ensures that TYA fulfils its constitutional objectives, as set out in the Constitution.

The Board is collectively made up of several members who come from various backgrounds as well as experiences and who apply their skills towards leading the organisation. In there official capacity, Board members are responsible for executing major decisions, setting policies, and ensuring TYA meets its organisational priorities.
